SGA Dynamics — Terms & Conditions
Enrollment & Registration
All athletes must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
Accurate personal, contact, and medical information must be provided during enrollment.
Class spots are not guaranteed until payment is received.
Payments & Refunds
Tuition and fees are due according to the posted schedule.
Missed classes are non-refundable, but makeup opportunities may be offered when possible.
Refunds are only given in cases of medical withdrawal (with a doctor’s note) or if SGA Dynamics cancels a program.
Attendance & Participation
Athletes are expected to attend scheduled classes on time and in appropriate attire.
Parents/guardians must ensure athletes follow gym rules and coach instructions.
We reserve the right to remove any athlete from class for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
Safety & Medical
Parents/guardians must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to participation.
In the event of an emergency, SGA staff will act in the best interest of the child, including contacting emergency services.
Participation in gymnastics, tumbling, and athletic activities involves inherent risk. By enrolling, parents/guardians accept these risks on behalf of the athlete.
Facility Rules
No food, gum, or open drinks allowed in gym areas.
Parents and visitors must remain in designated viewing areas unless otherwise instructed.
Athletes must respect equipment, coaches, and fellow students at all times.
Media Release
Photos or videos of classes may be taken for promotional purposes.
Parents/guardians can opt-out by notifying us in writing.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to this processing.
Cancellations & Closures
SGA Dynamics may close for holidays, weather, or emergencies. Make-up classes or credits may be provided at our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment.
Limitation of Liability
SGA Dynamics, its staff, and coaches are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses beyond what is required by law.
Participation acknowledges acceptance of risk inherent in gymnastics and athletic activities.
