    Our tumbling program focuses on floor-based skills where athletes work on rolls, cartwheels, kickovers, round-offs, handsprings, aerials, and more. All skills are taught through fun progressions and safe spotting techniques.

    Tumbling is a great fit for kids who love to move, flip, and challenge themselves. Whether they’re just getting started or working toward more advanced skills, each class helps athletes build strength, coordination, and body awareness in a positive, encouraging environment.

Level 1

     Beginner tumbling builds strength, body control, and excitement for athletes who want to focus on flipping and floor skills. In this level, tumblers work on forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, bridge kickovers, and round-offs using fun drills and safe progressions.

 

     Whether they’re preparing for cheer, gymnastics, or just love the thrill of tumbling, this class helps athletes gain confidence, improve coordination, and set the stage for more advanced skills in the future.

Level 2

     Level 2 is the bridge from beginner to intermediate skills. Athletes continue to refine their round-offs while being introduced to the fundamentals of the back handspring. This class focuses on drills, body shaping, and technique that prepare tumblers to safely and successfully perform harder skills. Perfect for athletes who are ready to move beyond the basics but still need a strong foundation in intermediate tumbling.

Level 3

     Level 3 is for tumblers who are already familiar with intermediate skills and are ready to gain independence. Athletes work toward perfecting their back handspring and round-off back handspring, with a focus on connecting skills and building confidence to perform them on their own. This class also introduces aerials for athletes who are ready to explore more advanced tumbling variations.

Level 4

     Level 4 is for athletes ready to push their tumbling to the highest level. In this class, athletes move beyond basic back handsprings and work on powerful skills such as standing back tucks, round-off back handspring tucks/layouts/fulls, arabians, and other advanced variations.

 

     This level focuses on refining technique, building explosive power, and developing the confidence to perform elite tumbling passes. Whether working on connecting multiple advanced skills or unlocking new ones, athletes in Level 4 are challenged to reach their full tumbling potential in a supportive and motivating environment.
